11:30 PM Students arrive on campus and load bus 12:00 PM Depart for Texas Southern University

12:45 PM Arrive on campus for Check-in

1:00 PM Unload instruments and change if needed

1:45 PM Wind Ensemble Warmup Room

2:45 PM Wind Ensemble Stage Performance

3:45 PM Wind Ensemble Sight Reading (Band Room)

3:15 PM Symphonic Band Warmup Room

4:15 PM Symphonic Band Stage Performance

5:15 PM Symphonic Band Sight Reading (Band Room) 6:15 PM Load Equipment and Depart for Heights HS 7:00 PM Unload Equipment and Dismiss
